Documents You Will Need

Government issued photo identification card.
Residential address for the past two years. (if you rented during that time)
Paycheck stubs for the last 30 days showing year-to-date earnings.
Income for the past two years. The fastest way to do this is to provide your last two years tax returns. W-2 or 1099 tax forms for the past two years.
Bank account statements from the two most recent months for all checking and savings accounts.
Real estate debt. If your current property is mortgaged, have your most recent statement - including property address, loan number, loan number, balance, monthly payment and lender's name and address - and the declaration page of the insurance policy.
